Challenge
L&Q were launching their first Shared Ownership development in Mill Hill and though already a prominent housing brand across most of London, the new region wasn’t fully aware of L&Q or the Shared Ownership initiative. L&Q were competing with nearby developments and were looking for an approach that would allow them to stand out from the crowd.
Response
Developing a hybrid strategy that would both raise the awareness of Shared Ownership and L&Q in the area, Ridgeway Views was introduced using an out-of-home teaser campaign. This was followed locally with targeted digital advertising and a brochure, which promoted the benefits of Shared Ownership and also included powerful testimonials woven throughout.
