Challenge
In recent times, demand for all things gin has grown and an ever increasing number of new gin brands have emerged. Emma Stokes, the creator of Gin Monkey and World Gin Day, wanted a way she could champion world class gin brands and to help people avoid brands that were simply jumping on the bandwagon and were ‘gins’ only in name and not in taste.
Response
Working in collaboration with Gin Monkey and utilising her extensive knowledge of gin brands, a scratch-off poster was developed, featuring 99 selected gins. Each bottle was illustrated in a minimal, flat graphic style to maximise brand recognition. Animated videos and social media advertising were also created to further promote the poster, which were then shared socially by the public.
